Clinical Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled RDAEF2 with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is proficient in:
  • Taking final impressions.
  • Fabricating high-quality temporary crowns and bridges.
  • Packing retraction cord.
  • Digital scanning.
  • Placing composite restorations.
  • Adjusting temporary crowns and bridges.
  • Placing and removing clear aligner attachments.
  • Working independently without the assistance of a second assistant.

Preferred but not required:
  • Implant experience.
  • Experience with clear aligner therapy.
  • Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology.

Qualifications:
  • Current California RDAEF2 License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
