Clinical Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled RDAEF2 with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is proficient in:
- Taking final impressions.
- Fabricating high-quality temporary crowns and bridges.
- Packing retraction cord.
- Digital scanning.
- Placing composite restorations.
- Adjusting temporary crowns and bridges.
- Placing and removing clear aligner attachments.
- Working independently without the assistance of a second assistant.
Preferred but not required:
- Implant experience.
- Experience with clear aligner therapy.
- Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology.
Qualifications:
- Current California RDAEF2 License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
